Use data/strategy to reach shrinkage goals in assigned stores.
Partner with store team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.
Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and loss-related activities.
Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor activities and address safety concerns.
Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
Involvement in daily operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations
Proficiency in surveillance systems and investigative tools
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and RFID/Shopify
Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
