Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal in your assigned store(s).
Partner with the store team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.
Conduct thorough investigations into theft, fraud, and other loss-related activities.
Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activities and address safety concerns.
Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
Participate in daily operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations in retail.
Proficient with asset protection apps, Microsoft Office, RFID, and Shopify.
Proficient in surveillance systems and investigative tools.
Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market as required.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
