Asset Protection Specialist (In-Store) - Regent Street & Brompton Road

📋 Description

• Use data and strategy to reduce shrinkage in assigned store(s).
• Partner with store team to respond to emergencies and recover from incidents.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and loss-related activities.
• Monitor store activities using CCTV and surveillance tools; address safety concerns.
• Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
• Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with safety and physical security policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven loss prevention experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to travel within the market as required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with surveillance systems, investigative tools, RFID, Shopify, and MS Office.
