📋 Description

• Optimize portfolios to maximize NOI and investor outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years asset management experience (multifamily or SFR)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel financial modeling with large datasets
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Manage multiple projects independently and cross-functional
