📋 Description

• Leverage experience to optimize investor portfolios
• Partner with data teams to reveal operational performance
• Derive insights from operating data to enhance NOI
• Perform high-volume rent underwriting on portfolio properties
• Develop and track budgets with trend analysis
• Lead regional market meetings on occupancy and renewals

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years asset management (multifamily/SFR)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative aptitude
• Proficient in Excel financial modeling with large data
• Experience building ad hoc KPI reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication
