Manage a portfolio of distressed assets in receivership with internal and external teams.
Develop strategic asset plans to govern daily operations, market position, and disposition.
Ensure financial performance, timely reporting, repairs, and positive tenant relations.
Adapt to changing portfolios and maintain discretion when interfacing with tenants.
Support due diligence for acquisitions and follow-up on property transactions.
Provide investor and leadership reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in asset management: leasing, financing, capex, and dispositions.
Experience with distressed assets (class C/B).
Self-sufficient, able to solve challenges outside the box.
Exposure to legal aspects of commercial assets in receivership.
Advanced Excel skills; building templates for other users.
Bachelor's in Real Estate/Finance/Accounting; MBA a plus.
