Manage hardware and software asset data in asset repositories.
Conduct inventory and tracking audits for thousands of GFEs.
Create, update, transfer, and track asset tickets for hardware/software requests.
Generate Excel reports and build formulas.
Maintain software subscriptions and license forecasts.
Ensure software processes are followed by teams and clients.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years customer service OR HS + 8 years.
At least 1 year in Hardware/Software Asset Management.
DOD 8570 IAT II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
Fully adjudicated DOD Position of Trust at a T3 level security clearance.
Proficient with Excel; create formulas and analyze large data sets.
Experience using IT Ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
