Asset Management - Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead finance transformation workstreams for asset managers (operating model, fund accounting).
• Advise finance executives at private equity, hedge funds, and alt asset managers.
• Oversee day-to-day client delivery: planning, stakeholder mgmt, and QA.
• Support tech enablement for asset management finance (ERP, fund accounting systems).
• Manage and mentor consultants and managers on the engagement team.
• Collaborate across CFGI service lines to deliver integrated asset management solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Eight plus years of experience in finance transformation or consulting, with asset management exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Big4 or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of asset management finance operations, including fund accounting, NAV reporting, investor reporting, and treasury.
• Working knowledge of enabling technologies: ERP systems (Workday, NetSuite), fund accounting platforms (Advent Geneva, SS&C Advent, Investran).
• Demonstrated success leading client delivery teams and building client relationships in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
