Asset Management Associate (Solar + BESS)

📋 Description

• Regulatory compliance execution & program ownership (primary focus)
• Own day-to-day execution of portfolio regulatory compliance program
• Develop, maintain a compliance tracking platform (calendar, obligation register, evidence)
• Identify recurring compliance friction points and implement improvements
• Regulatory monitoring & interpretation; translate requirements into controls
• Audit readiness: coordinate readiness reviews and evidence packages

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy, finance, economics, operations, or related field
• 2–5+ years in renewable energy, asset management, or compliance roles (PV/BESS preferred)
• Demonstrated experience owning a compliance workflow or tracking systems in regulated/audit environment
• Working knowledge of basic accounting/finance concepts (budgeting, variance)
• Experience with software platforms like Yardi, 3E SynaptiQ, Power Factors, Aevy, or CAM/APM tools
• Regulatory/domain knowledge: familiarity with NERC/FERC; WECC/CAISO/CPUC requirements
