📋 Description

  • Review and update client account info including valuations, LLC dissolutions, and assets in receivership.
  • Identify and assess client submissions to achieve compliant results.
  • Provide accurate information using methods/tools per company procedures.
  • Maintain records of client submissions, process requests, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Knowledge of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts and qualified plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills; multi-tasking and time management.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and stay resourceful.
