🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of factory/production experience
- 5+ years deburr experience with manual and automated tools
- Experience in a machine shop
- Basic blueprint reading
- Knowledge of CNC machining
- Experience with micrometers, calipers, profilometers, borescopes
