Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Engineer

📋 Description

• Responsible for satellite and subsystem testing; design, develop, and execute test setups.
• Collaborate with engineering and PM to align tests with requirements, schedules, and quality.
• Maintain automated and manual test equipment; lead new test setups/fixtures.
• Execute satellite-level tests; support troubleshooting and resolve stoppages during testing.
• Create work instructions and training documentation for satellite assemblies and subsystems.
• Help improve test docs, data handling, config control, and integration.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on production experience, preferably with space hardware.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and harness schematics.
• Experience with integration, end-to-end testing, and operations.
• Strong understanding of satellite and satellite subsystems.
• Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.
