Assemble urine kits; polybag and finish kit assembly.
Maintain a tidy work area and follow detailed instructions to meet quality requirements.
Meet all safety requirements.
Use MS Excel to scan in lots.
Identify defective items and handle them per procedures.
Meet or exceed minimums per SKU (5-10% monthly).
Know SKU components and recognize if the wrong one was provided for a build.
Exceed daily/weekly/monthly fulfillment quotas by 25%.
Follow training directions when fulfilling orders via HERO.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Six months as Assembly Associate I.
Flexibility to work extra hours or different schedules based on volume.
Attention to detail.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing.
Ability to follow detailed verbal or written instructions.
Entry-level MS Excel experience.
Good eyesight; differentiate colors and patterns.
