Role Overview

Senior Analyst Card Operations at Aspire will lead day-to-day card processing activities, monitor transaction workflows, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance for customers in Bengaluru and Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end card operations processes and approvals.
• Monitor daily card transactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and customer support teams.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Support vendor relationships and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in card operations or payments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from Bengaluru or Gurugram, India.
• Legal eligibility to work in India and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
