As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind multiple client programmes—ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and exceptional delivery across the full spectrum of MedComms outputs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that truly makes a difference.

🔍 What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and main point of contact.
  • Support planning and delivery of projects across medical affairs and publications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and scientific integrity.
  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to keep programmes running smoothly.
  • Develop, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial health and commercial success.
  • Coordinate the full range of deliverables, including (but not limited to):
    • Scientific platforms
    • Publication plans and manuscripts
    • Advisory boards and expert engagement
    • Medical education materials
    • Congress support (abstracts, posters, symposia)
    • Digital and multichannel content
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support strategic development.

  • Previous experience in medical communications in an agency setting.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in managing budgets, scopes of work, and financial tracking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable guiding internal teams and external stakeholders.
