Lead the artistic team: artists, coaches, stage management, and performance medicine.
Oversee daily artistic and acrobatic operations and staff.
Cast, integrate, and rehearse new and returning artists.
Champion Hawaiian culture as the foundation of Auana.

🎯 Requirements

College diploma in Drama, Dance, Acrobatics, or related field, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years in live show entertainment for large-scale productions.
Strong leadership managing artists and artistic disciplines in multicultural environment.
Past on-stage experience as a dancer (preferred).
Fluent in English; additional languages asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office on Windows.
