Assist in organizing and documenting seasonal samples for reviews
Assist with incoming original artwork receival and documentation
Collaborate with Photography team to ensure new samples are in the photography queue
Work with Art Development teams to ensure data is complete and finalized prior to new finishes launching
Create and manage presentation materials as needed
Track and update product status post-review, reflect changes on the product site, and communicate updates to relevant departments

🎯 Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Art, Merchandising, Textiles & Apparel, Business, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
Exposure to project management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Understanding of product databases or CMS used to maintain product information
