🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of motion graphics, video editing, or art direction.
- Strong portfolio across motion design, video, and brand storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Experience developing and maintaining visual systems across content channels.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement; cross-channel delivery.
- Ability to lead and collaborate; mentor designers; thrive in fast-paced/live settings.
