🎯 Requirements

6 to 10 years of design and art direction in tech/product firms.
Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud (motion & static).
Ability to manage a team of 3-4 Creative designers.
Express brand through graphics, patterns, motion, and experiences.
Hands-on maker; communicate concepts to team and partners.
Detail-oriented with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel.
