Concept and execute creative across campaigns and launches from idea to delivery
Collaborate with Copy and Creative leadership on cross-channel concepts
Translate brand strategy into scalable visual systems across paid, owned, earned
Design and art direct digital, social, email, web, OOH, and product storytelling
Lead photo and video productions, incl. pre-production and on-set direction
Ensure consistency and quality, adapting creative for channel needs and insights

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in-house or at a creative agency
Strong portfolio across brand and performance work
Experience across multiple channels with high craft and detail
Experience with brand systems for consistency and scalability
Art direction support/lead for photo and video shoots
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
