- Maintain internal equipment records
- Track and trend planned/unplanned equipment maintenance
- Calibrate, PMs, and repairs per established procedures
- Serve as contact for vendor service calls and PMs
- Coordinate maintenance with providers and internal stakeholders
- Occasional travel to SF site as needed
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in facilities, maintenance, or lab equipment coordination
- Experience coordinating equipment in a high-volume lab environment
- Working knowledge of GMP and Good Documentation Practices
- Proficient in technical writing and documenting procedures
- Experience using CMMS (e.g., BMRAM) or similar
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Excellent time management and communication skills
