Role Overview

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer challenges into effective, scalable solutions and ensuring successful adoption of Array's offerings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and map them to technical solutions
Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations
Assist sales with technical scoping and RFP responses
Work with engineering on integration and deployment challenges
Provide customer feedback for product improvements

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, pre-sales, or similar)
Experience with cloud platforms and APIs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work remotely across time zones

Location & Work Model

Remote within USA or Canada (North America). This position is fully remote.
