Role Overview

Lead product strategy and execution for AI initiatives from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into market-ready features and ensure successful product adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for AI-powered features.
• Gather and synthesize customer needs, market trends, and data to inform prioritization and requirements.
• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and developers to translate research into scalable products.
• Set success metrics, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate based on results.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle concepts and translating research into customer value.
• Remote-friendly and comfortable collaborating across time zones.
