Array is seeking a driven Partnerships Account Executive to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships that align with Array’s strategic goals and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue.
- Negotiate and structure deal terms to maximize value for both Array and partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful partner programs.
- Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from onboarding to program optimization.
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field (B2B preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
