Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

Array is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive-level relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to close enterprise deals and hit revenue targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to drive adoption and expansion.
• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and navigating complex buying processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and travel as needed.
