Account Executive at Array

We are seeking an accomplished Account Executive to join Array in a remote capacity. This role focuses on driving revenue across North America by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.

Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, understanding client needs, and delivering compelling value propositions. This is a remote-friendly role requiring strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories, from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline; forecast accurately and consistently hit or exceed quotas.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders; understand business objectives and translate them into quantified value.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal readiness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment; willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
