📋 Description

• Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols across property (retail, dining, entertainment).
• Provide courteous guest assistance, directions, and approachable presence.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, medical situations, or suspicious activity; coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Collaborate with the surveillance team to monitor CCTV and report safety concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident and activity reports and patrol logs.
• Manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic during peak hours and events.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year security/law enforcement or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain state or local security license or certification.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
