📋 Description

• Patrol property on foot and by vehicle across retail, dining, and parking areas.
• Assist guests with directions and questions to enhance visitor experience.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity; coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor CCTV and report irregular activities or safety concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident and activity reports.
• Manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic during peak times and events.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year in security, law enforcement, or customer-facing role preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain state/local security license or certification
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills; English required
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check; rotating shifts; stand/walk outdoors; lift 50+ lbs
