Role overview

The Clinical Support Specialist will be a frontline point of contact for clinicians and healthcare customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring accurate handling of clinical data with privacy and regulatory considerations. This is a remote, temp-to-hire role with opportunities to contribute across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clinical customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate timely resolutions
Assist with client onboarding, training, and success milestones
Document and relay customer feedback to product and operations teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems and ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical workflows

Qualifications

1-3 years of clinical support, healthcare operations, or related experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with healthcare software, EMR/CRM systems, and data privacy regulations
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Work environment

This is a remote, Temp-to-Hire role with Arine. You will join a distributed team and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional clinical support.
