Clinical Program Pharmacist

Overview

Arine is seeking a Senior Clinical Program Pharmacist to lead clinically focused pharmacotherapy programs in a remote capacity. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage clinical pharmacotherapy programs to support patients enrolled in Arine's programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, analyze data, and prepare reports to drive program improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across programs.
• Provide clinical guidance and education to internal teams and external partners.
• Support patient access, adherence initiatives, and pharmacovigilance activities.
• Maintain documentation, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Stay current with evidence-based guidelines and best practices in pharmacotherapy.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent; active pharmacist license.
• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in hospital or managed care settings.
• Experience with clinical program management, pharmacotherapy optimization, and patient education.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and drug safety principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with EHRs, data analysis tools, and clinical dashboards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
