Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire) at Arine
Arine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our remote team in the United States. This temporary-to-hire role supports medication therapy management and patient care through telepharmacy and collaboration with clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication therapy management (MTM) and clinical interventions via telepharmacy
- Review patient medications for safety and efficacy; identify potential drug interactions
- Collaborate with prescribers and care teams; communicate recommendations
- Document patient interactions in electronic health records
- Participate in care coordination, patient education, and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; active U.S. pharmacist license
- 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience or equivalent; MTM experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, drug interactions, and patient counseling
- Ability to work remotely; proficient with computers and EHR systems
Nice-to-haves
- Board certification (e.g., BCPP) or equivalent
