Overview
Arine is seeking a Client Success Executive to lead the onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success of clients using our healthcare data analytics platform. You will build strong relationships, ensure customers realize value, and drive renewals and expansions across a remote North American client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts remotely across the United States and Canada.
- Lead onboarding, training, and adoption efforts to ensure customers realize value from Arine's platform.
- Monitor product adoption metrics, usage, health scores, renewal timelines, and churn risk.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, product, support, and engineering).
- Develop and execute customer success plans; conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team as needed.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product and engineering to drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM and advocate for customer needs across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles in SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and measuring adoption/usage metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
- Bachelor's degree; relevant field preferred.
