  • Attract, recruit, hire, and mentor the strategic sales leadership team.
  • Build a results-driven culture through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and ensure team accountability.
  • Establish and manage data and metrics for pipeline coverage, forecasting, and ASP.
  • Own the pipeline generation strategy with internal stakeholders to execute it.
  • Travel as necessary to build and cultivate customer and prospect relationships.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ yearsโ€™ experience building and running sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep SaaS/Cloud go-to-market selling motion expertise.
  • 3+ years as a second-line sales leader.
  • Led a $20M+ ARR sales organization with 40%+ growth.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proven success selling to C-suite and building partnerships across stakeholders.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC framework or similar.
