- Lead a team of 9 Account Executives driving client value and YOY sales growth in TX.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop 3-year plans.
- Represent D&B at industry events and panels to showcase thought leadership.
- Develop talent: evaluate, coach, and foster personal development.
- Expand relationships with C-level and senior client leaders for value.
- Monitor monthly performance objectives for the team and associates.

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 10 to 12+ years experience
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 15+ years selling and leading in tech with complex customers
- Strong executive presence and strategic thinker
- Manage geographically remote team and drive results
