  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 3rd line SE Directors; drive growth.
  • Define and drive the technical sales strategy across North America and globally.
  • Set vision, priorities, and operating model for Sales Engineering; align with goals.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align on revenue targets, GTM initiatives.
  • Represent North America SE globally; reflect regional needs in product roadmap and GTM.
  • Advise C-level execs on observability, performance, and security; address AI adoption.

  • 10+ years in Sales Engineering or pre-sales leadership; SE leadership experience.
  • Expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud, observability, AI, and security; proven sales success.
  • Strong executive presence; able to influence C-level stakeholders in large orgs.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building; experience scaling high-impact teams.
  • Deep understanding of MEDDICC, CoM, or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
