🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years SaaS sales in Mid-Market/Enterprise
  • 5+ years in sales leadership; second-line exp preferred
  • Sell into organisations with $100m–$1bn revenue across EMEA
  • Proven success closing multi-six-figure new business and expansion ACV
  • Recruit and develop high-performing sales managers and Account Executives
  • Implement consistent sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
  • Strong analytical, data-driven forecasting and pipeline management
  • German language skills beneficial but not essential
