Area Sales Manager, San Diego

📋 Description

• Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals in the San Diego market.
• Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and retailers.
• Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners to identify opportunities.
• Monitor inventory and POS material; follow through on commitments to the trade.
• Provide reports on distribution, display, and sales for distributor meetings.
• Identify and open new accounts to expand shelf space and cooler placement.

🎯 Requirements

• Live in San Diego; able to travel daily in the region.
• Degree not required (MBA/college not needed).
• Deeply passionate about OLIPOP; growth minded.
• Strong planning, organization, PM; excellent communication.
• Obsessed with customer behavior; thrives in ambiguity; autonomous.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office; Slack/Zoom; valid driver’s license.
