  • 20+ years in B2B SaaS with complex enterprise cycles.
  • 5+ years leading high-performing SaaS sales teams (Enterprise/Strategic).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership; build trusted cross-functional and C-suite relationships.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling, or Sandler.
  • Excellent business planning: territory/account strategies and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or commitment to ongoing learning.
