📋 Description

• Coach, manage, and grow a 30–100 member team.
• Communicate policies; ensure compliance and corrective action.
• Create and sustain recognition programs across the dept.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure security and loss prevention procedures.
• Own performance reports: on-time receiving/shipping, inventory, packing.
• Enforce SLA expectations; provide reports and action plans.
• Troubleshoot with cross-functional teams on fulfillment issues.
• Escalate risks and mitigate problems as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing staff of 5+
• Lift up to 49 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Frequent push/pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk 10–12 hours.
• Work in a loud environment.
• Temp 60–90°F; may exceed 90.
• Work on a mezzanine up to 40 feet.
• Shift may include overnights and holidays.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Clear, precise communication on partner decisions/risks.
• Distinguish internal vs external causes to target resources.
• Strong prioritization for timely resolutions.
• Problem-solving and data analysis to drive decisions.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptable in rapid growth startup.
• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Experience with SQL and creating reports.
