π― Requirements
- 2+ years as multi-unit regional manager in food/bev, restaurant, or retail
- 2+ years leadership in a customer-service role
- Ability to hire and coach a diverse part-time staff
- Knowledge of supply chain, P&L, customer service, compliance, HR
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Prior baking/bakery equipment experience a plus
