🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years biotech/pharma in reimbursement, market access, or rare disease
- Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems (commercial and government)
- Experience navigating specialty pharmacy and hub models
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA/OIG compliance in patient support
- Ability to work independently in field-based, cross-functional environment
