🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years of architectural experience
- Experience on single-family residential projects
- Experience navigating zoning, permitting, and HOA approvals
- Experience coordinating consultants and architectural documentation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Bluebeam; BIM experience required
