🎯 Requirements

- Experience on single-family residential projects: zoning, permitting, HOA
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Bluebeam; BIM
- Knowledge of residential construction systems (structural, MEP)
- Familiarity with codes, permitting, climate-specific construction
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
