Architectural Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and modify preliminary equipment layouts based on customer input.
• Produce documents to aid securing construction contractor bids.
• Create as-built documents for projects after completion of construction.
• Integrate 3rd party vendor drawings into existing building drawing sets.
• Convert files from Teamcenter, Sketch-up, Revu Bluebeam, PDFs into Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate permit acquisition/closeout with the City of Hawthorne.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years creating architectural construction documents (plans/elevations/sections).
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Revu Bluebeam.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or other engineering discipline.
• Experience in construction, project management, and tenant improvement.
• Direct field experience with aerospace, heavy industrial, or large commercial construction.
