📋 Description

• Lead design, production, coordination, and detailing within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate engineering systems with engineers/consultants; align with design leadership.
• Prepare design sketches for moderate to complex site plans.
• Communicate project status, design intent, and updates to owners and consultants.
• Participate in business development with Marketing and Office Leadership to grow revenue.
• Perform field site observations and on-site visits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
