Implement data governance, metadata management, taxonomy, and access control.
Collaborate with Creative, Tech, and Client Service teams on asset requirements.
Monitor DAM health, workflows, and capacity planning for scalability.
Evaluate new DAM technologies to automate testing and streamline uploads.

🎯 Requirements

4-8 years in Digital Asset Management, MarTech ops, or related.
Experience managing DAMs across AEM, Sitecore, Aprimo, Widen, Bynder.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in metadata standards, taxonomy, and DAM-CMS/API integration.
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
