🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years in flight test operations or flight test program management
- Experience with Part 23 or Part 25 certification
- Deep understanding of FAA regulations, 14 CFR Part 21 and risk management
- Scheduling tools: MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet; Jira
- Experience managing complex logistics for aircraft maintenance and remote sites

- Base pay: $172,800 - $216,000 per year
