Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years experience in manufacturing engineering or equivalent roles.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and process validation.
Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and drive data-driven decisions.
