Archer is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to lead the optimization of supply chain processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to map current processes, design future-state improvements, and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and KPI attainment.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing supply chain processes and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Map current-state and future-state processes; develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and IT to design and implement process improvements.
Define and monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
Lead process optimization initiatives within ERP and related systems; support data integrity and system enhancements.
Support cross-functional projects including S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
Champion change management and provide training and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain process analysis or a related role.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with ERP systems; experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate business needs into effective processes.

Nice to have

Lean or Six Sigma certification
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms
Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
