Overview
Archer is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to lead the optimization of supply chain processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to map current processes, design future-state improvements, and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and KPI attainment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing supply chain processes and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Map current-state and future-state processes; develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and IT to design and implement process improvements.
- Define and monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- Lead process optimization initiatives within ERP and related systems; support data integrity and system enhancements.
- Support cross-functional projects including S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
- Champion change management and provide training and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain process analysis or a related role.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with ERP systems; experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate business needs into effective processes.
Nice to have
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
