Role Overview

Archer is seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager, Certification to lead and scale our certification programs. This role collaborates with product, engineering, compliance, and operations to design, launch, and maintain certification processes, ensure policy adherence, and drive strategic program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the certification program roadmap and governance
Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, and customer success
Develop and monitor program metrics, risk management, and issue resolution
Drive process improvements and compliance with industry standards
Mentor and scale a team of program managers

Qualifications

10+ years of program management, certification, or related experience (senior-level)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
Experience with regulatory requirements and certification frameworks
